Rezarf Limited fully accepts and welcome that customer’s data held should be minimal and subject to open scrutiny by the customer themselves. We act as the data controller when processing personal and company data.

The data we may collect from customers can include company and /or individual name, business or home address, telephone numbers and email contact information. 

We also collect information that enables us to deliver service to addresses other than the primary customer address. This will include the name and address service delivery recipient together with their telephone number(s) and email contact address.

We use this data to effectively communicate with you and any third party involved in the delivery of our service. This includes our staff to enable an efficient and professional service to be carried out including completing financial transactions. We do not generally share your data and only keep it for as long as is necessary. We do not pass any details to third party marketing organisations
